Colonel Albert Connelly represents the Genesis Point of the 13th Special Forces Group (Airborne). Commissioned in the 1950s following service with irregular elements in Korea, Connelly codified the "Unconventional Warfare" doctrine that defines the Bureau today.
He functions as the Institutional Anchor. While no longer kinetic, his strategic acumen remains peerless. He mentors the current leadership cadre (Perez, Sabatelli, Pliskin) with the authority of a man who wrote the manuals they memorize. He is the only living officer with the authority to overrule Director Wyvre-Castle on matters of "Heritage Integrity."
